Integrative Sessions
An Integrative Session is an invitation for you to experience various modalities uniquely designed to meet your therapeutic and energetic needs. Modalities may include Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Pre/Postnatal, Thai Massage & Stretching, Lomilomi, Gua Sha, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial, Aromatherapy, energy work, breathwork, or sound frequency.

Outcall Massage
Enjoy and relax within the comfort of your own home with a mobile massage. Set up and break down of session will be approximately 15 minutes each. Please plan your session to allow for that extra time.

Pilialoha Special
The Pilialoha Special is a unique offering utilizing heat and aromatherapy to enhance this full body massage experience including a lush face massage and a sugar foot scrub. Hot towels and River stones are heated with oil, or essential oils, and used to relax muscles more deeply inducing deep relaxation many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Not appropriate during any stage of pregnancy.

Guide & Mentorships
The Guide & Mentorship Sessions are designed to help you deepen your new or already existing practice as a Body worker, Energy Worker, breath worker, facilitator, cultural practitioner, etc. Sessions are usually client led with a desire to dive deeper into what is possible for them. Single sessions are powerful and impactful however, multiple sessions help clients to land in their practice with a deeper understanding and greater confidence.
