Sundays: 10am - 6pm

Mondays: 10am - 4pm

Wednesdays: 12pm - 3pm

Fridays: Outcall available from 1pm - 8pm

 

No walk-ins or same day appointments available at the moment.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to discuss and prepare for your session. If you will be late, please call or text your therapist. Clients arriving late may result in a shortened session as to not take away time from the next client.

 

There are no refunds or transfers of gift certificates. All gift certificates and massage bundles expire one (1) year from purchase if purchased before January 1, 2024. All gift certificates purchased after January 1, 2024 expire six (6) months after purchase. No exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so as soon as possible. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before an appointment will result in you being charged the full amount of your session time.

​

If you are running late to your appointment, please send a text or call to let your therapist know you are on your way. If you do not, we will give you a courtesy call and/or text to inquire if you are still coming to your appointment. Any clients 15 minutes or more late to your session, without communicating your tardiness, will automatically forfeit the session and will be considered a No-Show. You are still responsible to pay for the full session.

Clients who have a pre-paid sessions must also adhere to cancellation policy. A pre-paid session will only be refunded upon a written request and must received within one week of cancellation. (The current booking system does not automatically refund a cancellation.)

 

If the client is wanting to reschedule a pre-paid session, funds will be held as credit for the next appointment and must be completed within 6 months of original purchase; please contact us directly for assistance.
